Exercise is very important for how we feel and what we can achieve. This is similar to food. Today’s workout will affect us the next day, influencing how we feel and how well we feel. I recommend going to the gym at least five times a week. For me, the best time to work out is in the morning. Being one of the first in the gym and working out early is ideal. Waking up early is difficult, but not impossible. When I’ve completed my morning workout, I know my day has started well, and the feeling after the workout is incredible. The next day feels even better.
I suggest resting on Saturdays and Sundays. The body needs rest too. Five times a week is sufficient. Sometimes, I switch it up and go to the gym only after work. However, I have noticed that those who work out in the mornings are a different type of people compared to those who work out in the evenings.
Morning gym-goers have life goals; they aim to achieve something. They come to the gym, work out with determination, already knowing which muscles they will train, and then head straight to work.
Those who go in the evening often lack life goals. Some have been going for years without achieving anything and look exactly the same as before. Evenings are often crowded with people who smell of sweat, and some are just lost in their workouts, coming a few times and then disappearing again.
If you want your life to go well and to be capable of much, regular exercise is very important. We are meant to move. My typical gym session includes a 15-minute warm-up and 60 minutes of exercise. I will write more about my training plans later.
