I used the Tadeto SL720 Sound Level Meter for measurement.
When only the ESX-Core Server, router, and switch are turned on in my room, I measured the sound and obtained the following results.

The server is actually very quiet. I even had to increase the CPU FAN speed, otherwise it repeatedly reaches max turbo boost and then stops. Fortunately, I can create a FAN profile on this motherboard, and I increased the minimum CPU FAN RPM speed to 750 RPM, which rises to 900 RPM when I’m gaming. The Noctua CPU cooler is very quiet and does a great job.

Power:
The power consumption here is quite efficient :). If I were to change my Windows 11 power settings, the CPU would consume significantly less electricity. Before changing the Windows power settings, the server was consuming approximately 200W.
My new CPU can draw as much power as my GPU, the RTX 3090, which is 370W.

If I added more RAM to the server, the power consumption would definitely increase by 100W or even 200W. The same goes for other PCIe cards I might add, including NVMe disks. Data center NVMe disks consume an incredible amount of electricity. A single data center NVMe can draw 20W, plus additional cooling fans.
If I were to run on vSphere, then power consumption would definitely be lower than running on Windows 11. I have noticed this before. vSphere is simply more efficient at managing resources and squeezing every drop of performance.
